Using the heritage of the East Malling estate in Kent, with over 90 years of technical leadership of the fruit industry, Malling Fine Food and Drink develops and sells added value fruit and vegetable products to wholesalers and retailers as well as processing fruit for use as ingredients. Much of the fruit that we use is grown on our own farm.
Strong consumer preference for locally sourced, fresh and sustainably grown foods forms the basis of our range. Our products retail to the public through our own web site, through local distributors, farmers markets and direct sales from our Conference Centre and Farm Shop.
Malling Fine Food and Drink is also actively engaged in the creation of new
products which will complement the existing range and ensure our brand is
synonymous with technical innovation and environmental responsibility.
Most of our products are made using produce from the East Malling Research farm - all profits from sales of produce go to support research into fruit growing.
